Who may use the service

You must be at least 18. Every person in an uploaded photo must be an adult and must have agreed to this use. You are responsible for your account and the rights to submitted materials. Do not submit photos of minors or nonconsenting people.

What you buy

The selected plan states its quantity, duration, quality and total price before payment. Purchases are one-time, with no automatic renewal. A pack funds separate generation tasks; its combined seconds do not mean one stitched long video. The current recipe produces silent MP4 files. Standard 480p and HD 720p are both generated with Seedance 2 Fast, model id bytedance/seedance-2-fast. The request is sent through Kie. This site does not offer another video model or a model switcher. AI output may vary; buying a plan does not guarantee an exact likeness or perfect result. Permission and content rules

You retain any rights you hold in your materials. You authorize the processing, hosting and transmission necessary to provide the selected service, including through the providers named in the privacy policy. This does not authorize public advertising use of your photos. Follow the acceptable-use policy. Under "Content standards and prohibited categories," that policy prohibits six kinds of generated content and states the banned acts in each: pornography and NSFW content, violence and gore, hate speech, child-unsafe content (CSAM), deepfakes and impersonation of real people, and copyright or trademark infringement. Reports of a generated video are handled as that policy describes. Do not present an AI video as evidence of a real event.

Breach and termination

You break these terms if you upload a photo you are not allowed to use, request prohibited content, try to bypass a safety check, or otherwise violate these terms or the acceptable-use policy.

We may then warn you, refuse the task, delete or withhold the video, suspend the account, or close it permanently. While an account is suspended or closed, unused credits on that account cannot be spent.

Closing an account does not by itself turn unused credits into cash. A cash refund of an unused pack follows the refund policy: you must ask within 7 days of payment, and no credit from that order may have been used. Credits already used are not refunded in cash because a task was blocked or an account was closed. A confirmed technical failure still returns that task's credits, as the refund policy describes.

We may pause generation or an account when a payment provider, a safety check, or the law requires it. Payment records needed for refunds, disputes, and accounting remain after an account is closed.

Support and changes

Keep your account secure and write to support@bbywowguyai.net about unauthorized activity or a disputed output. Include the order or task ID when you have it. Availability and provider download links may change. If these terms change, this page and its date change with them. Mandatory consumer and privacy rights are not waived by this document.
