Acceptable use policy
Six prohibited content categories and how reports are reviewed.
Last updated: 2026-10-23
This policy takes effect on 23 October 2026. It covers photos you upload, the silent videos this site generates from them, and messages you send about a result. Bby Wow Guy AI operates the site. Questions and reports go to support@bbywowguyai.net.
Permitted use
The only scene this site generates is a silent, 15-second, fully clothed, non-sexual party walk from one photo. Upload a photo of one consenting adult, aged 18 or older, whom you are allowed to depict. Keep that person fully clothed. The result is an AI video. Do not present it as a recording of a real event.
Permission for that party walk does not cover a sexual, violent, hateful, or false scene.
Content standards and prohibited categories
The site prohibits generating these six categories. Do not upload a photo, or ask for a video, in any of them.
- Pornography / NSFW content.
- Violence / gore.
- Hate speech.
- Child-unsafe content (CSAM).
- Deepfakes / impersonation of real people.
- Content infringing copyright or trademarks.
Pornography and NSFW content
Do not upload or request nudity, sexual activity, sexualized depictions, intimate-image abuse, or sexual exploitation. People in a photo stay fully clothed in the generated video. This site has no age-gated adult mode. Pornography and NSFW content are prohibited, not offered behind an age check.
Violence and gore
Do not upload or request graphic injury, blood, torture, corpses, or a scene of a person being harmed. Do not request content that promotes or facilitates terrorism, extremism, or mass violence. Do not request technical instructions for weapons, including weapons of mass destruction. Graphic violence is prohibited. It is not allowed as a creative or educational exception.
Hate speech
Do not upload or request content that attacks or dehumanizes a person or group because of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or a similar trait. This includes slurs, symbols used as a threat, and content that incites genocide or ethnic hatred.
Child-unsafe content (CSAM)
Do not submit a minor, a person who appears to be under 18, or any sexual content involving a child. This stands when the rest of the scene is non-sexual, and when someone says the person is an adult or the image is fictional. Confirmed child sexual abuse material is removed and reported to the appropriate authority.
Deepfakes and impersonation of real people
One photo of a consenting adult may be used for the clothed party walk described above. These uses are prohibited:
- A photo without that person's permission, including a stolen, scraped, or nonconsensual likeness.
- A face swapped onto another body, or a person composited into an intimate scene.
- Nudification, or a sexualized depiction of someone's body.
- Speech, statements, or actions the person did not agree to. The video is silent and does not put words in anyone's mouth.
- Impersonation of another person, brand, or organization, and harassment that uses someone's likeness.
- Presenting the video as proof that a real event happened.
A sexual, violent, or deceptive deepfake is prohibited whether or not someone claims the person agreed. Consent to the party walk does not authorize those uses.
Copyright and trademark infringement
Do not upload a photo, artwork, logo, or other material you do not have the right to use. Do not request a video that copies a protected performance, character, or recording, or that uses a trademark so it looks as if the owner sponsors this site or the video. This site does not host or offer a download of third-party music or a source clip. You are responsible for the rights in what you upload and in how you use the result.
Zero tolerance
Confirmed material in this list is removed and may be reported to the appropriate authority:
- Child sexual abuse material, or any sexual content involving a minor.
- Content that promotes or facilitates terrorism, extremism, or mass violence.
- Technical instructions for weapons of mass destruction.
- Content that incites genocide or ethnic hatred.
- A sexual or deceptive deepfake of a real person, including a face swap, nudification, intimate-scene compositing, and fabricated speech or actions, whether or not someone claims that person consented.
The clothed party walk of one consenting adult is the only synthetic scene this site makes. It is not one of the deepfakes in that list.
Other prohibited conduct
Do not try to bypass, disable, or trick the checks below, including with an instruction meant to get around them. Do not use the service to harass someone. Do not pass an AI video off as a recording made by a person. Do not send bulk or deceptive commercial content through the service.
Uploaded photos of real people
Upload only your own photo, or a photo the person in it has explicitly allowed you to use for this party walk. Confirm that permission before you upload. Permission for this scene does not allow the deepfakes prohibited above.
Content moderation
A check runs before generation and again before a file can be downloaded. Reports that those checks miss are read by the operator of Bby Wow Guy AI. The site has no separate trust-and-safety team, no in-product report button, and no scheduled third-party audit.
Checks before generation
The uploaded photo is screened for visual sexual content by the Replicate model m1guelpf/nsfw-filter. A blocked photo is not used. An error, a missing check, or an uncertain result is held. It is not sent for generation.
The prompt sent for generation is the operator's recipe plus a fixed safety line. Customers do not type that prompt. Waffo content safety scans that text, with semantic enforcement, before generation. Waffo reads the text only. It does not view the photo or the video. A block stops the task. Anything other than a clear allow, including a skipped or failed scan, is held and is not generated.
Seedance 2 Fast (bytedance/seedance-2-fast) keeps its provider safety filter on. Generation starts only when the photo screen and the prompt scan both allow the task.
Checks on the candidate video
Before a download, the candidate video is screened for visual sexual content by the Replicate model littletry/video-nsfw-filter. The screen samples frames. It can miss a brief image, and it does not check audio. The recipe is silent. A download is offered only after that screen allows the file and the file has been copied to private storage. A rejection, an error, or an uncertain result is not released.
An uncertain photo or video stays unavailable. The operator can approve a held photo, or a held candidate video, only after looking at the task record and the screen result and writing a note of that decision. The operator can instead reject it, or run the video screen again. A clear block is not released by that review. There is no automatic release when a check is uncertain.
What these checks do not decide
The photo screen and the video screen look for visual sexual content. The Waffo scan looks at the prompt text. Hate speech, copyright, trademark, consent, age, and impersonation sit outside what those three checks score. A pass means those checks allowed the task. It is not a finding that the upload was lawful. The checks can miss a violation, and they can flag a permitted photo.
How to report
Email support@bbywowguyai.net. Use it for a generated video, an impersonation, use of your photo, or any other violation of this policy. Include the task or order ID if you have it. Describe the problem in words. Do not attach or resend illegal or intimate material.
The operator of Bby Wow Guy AI reads that mailbox. There is no automatic reply.
- An acknowledgement email goes out within 2 business days.
- A report that describes child sexual abuse material is read before other mail on the day the mailbox is checked. Confirmed material is removed and reported to the appropriate authority.
- That person then compares the report with the task record, the stored prompt-scan result, and the photo and video screen results. The review is manual.
- The result is emailed to the reporter. When the report is about an account, that account is emailed too. The result is one of: video removed, video withheld, warning, account suspended, account closed, or no violation found.
A block before generation means no downloadable file is produced. A held candidate is not available for download. A report can still remove a file that passed the automatic screens. While an account is suspended or closed, unused credits on it cannot be spent. A confirmed failed generation returns that task's credits. Cash refunds follow the refund policy.
The operator does not publish the reporter's name or message. A malicious or knowingly false report can lead to a warning, suspension, or closure of the reporting account, as the terms of service describe.
Appeal
If a removal, warning, suspension, or closure is wrong, reply to that email within 14 days and say why. The operator reads the report and the task record again and emails the outcome. Appeals use the same mailbox. There is no separate appeals desk.
